May 25, 2018, 4:51 P.M. Petty Theft. One perp, 18 year old black male, 5’10” was caught on camera stealing a necklace. The loss prevention officer questions and pats down the boy. After further investigation, the perp also hacked into the security guard’s computer and documented some of his personal files. A civil agreement is met between the two, and the perp is allowed to free from any further chargers.
