A few weeks ago, Marcus Banner and roughly six thousand other students crowded into the university football stadium and were handed their hard-earned diplomas. Also packed inside the stadium, were thousands of proud families bored out of their minds, eagerly waiting as the ceremony got closer to the first initial of the last name of their loved one.
